Welcome — and thanks for inviting AMP into your server. These are the simple ground rules for using the AMP Discord bot, the AMP desktop app, the AMP web dashboard, and this website (together, “AMP”, previously known as AMPLIFY). By using any of them you agree to what’s below.
AMP is a music player for Discord voice channels. It plays audio from publicly available music platforms and internet radio — it doesn’t host, copy, or redistribute anything. Think of it as a friendly DJ that fetches what you ask for and streams it to the room.
Server admins are responsible for how AMP is used inside their server.
Something not right? Email amplify.autobot@gmail.com within 14 days of a purchase and we’ll make it right — refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Outside that window, brief service interruptions don’t come with refunds, but talk to us anyway; we’re reasonable. Consumer rights that local law gives you (including under Australian Consumer Law) are never limited by this policy.
We work hard to keep AMP humming, but nothing online is perfect. AMP is provided “as-is”, on a best-effort basis. We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, announce planned maintenance ahead of time, and fix surprises as fast as we can.
A music bot lives in a world of moving parts: source platforms change how they work, Discord makes platform-level changes, and our own systems can hiccup. If AMP ever has to wind down for good, we’ll give 30+ days’ notice whenever possible, let you export your saved playlists, and any unused portion of premium subscriptions will be refunded through Paddle.
Everything we collect (and everything we don’t) is laid out in plain language in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or revoke access for any user or server that breaks these terms or Discord’s, abuses the bot (spam, flooding, excessive resource use), or files an invalid chargeback on premium features.
Material changes are announced 7 days in advance on this page and in the bot’s music channel. Using AMP after a change means you accept the new terms.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AMP is provided without warranty of any kind, and we’re not liable for lost playlists or configurations, service interruptions, content played through AMP, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Anything unclear? Email amplify.autobot@gmail.com — we read everything.
